Library Fine Feedback

Have you ever requested a library book? Was the item returned late?

As long as no-one has requested your books we will keep renewing them automatically up to the expiry date of your account.
We will send you an email to let you know if any of your books cannot be renewed due to requests.
Unfortunately, not all requested books are returned on time and this can be of great inconvenience to our customers

At this session, Lynn Sykes, Head of Customer Services, will be talking to our students about the pros and cons of fining or blocking customers that do not return requested books on time.  Her presentation will last about 15 minutes and then we will ask you to decide which of the 3 available options you prefer.
